2. The personal data collected by the Data Controller is used exclusively for purposes related to the fulfillment of orders placed in the store and, with additional consent, for informational and marketing purposes, for the needs of the www.proficafe. pl, and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
3. The Data Controller makes every effort to protect the privacy and information provided to the proficafe.pl online store regarding the store’s customers. ADO hereby informs you that customers’ personal data will be processed to the extent necessary to fulfill the service requested by the customer; accordingly, such data may be disclosed to courier companies or other entities involved in delivering purchased goods to customers, payment system operators (if this payment method is selected), and institutions providing credit for the purchase of goods (in the case of installment purchases).
12. ADO uses IP addresses collected during internet connections for technical purposes related to server administration and to gather general statistical demographic information (e.g., about the region from which the connection originates), as well as for security purposes, including the potential identification of automated programs that browse the online store’s content and place a load on the server.
