Withdrawal from the contract

Information on withdrawal from the sales contract
for Consumers within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code

Right to withdraw from the contract

Please note that, as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date:

1. on the date on which you came into possession of the item, or
2. where a third party other than the carrier, and designated by you, has taken possession of the goods or of the last of the goods, if the contract concerned the transfer of ownership of multiple items delivered separately; or has taken possession of the last consignment or part thereof, if the contract concerned the transfer of ownership of goods delivered in consignments or in parts.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, you simply need to send notification that you are exercising your right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawing from the contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund your payment using the same payment methods you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided us with proof of their return, whichever occurs first, in the event that the contract concerned the sale of goods.

without delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you post the goods back before the 14-day period expires.

Return costs

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the items.

Liability

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from its use in a manner other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
