Product Description

This blend was created using a southern Italian roasting style—distinctive, stronger, and more assertive. It is characterized by low acidity and a full-bodied profile, making it perfect for a classic Italian espresso.

The coffee is produced in a family-run roastery that has been in continuous operation since 1932 in Salerno, in the Campania region, where expertise and a passion for coffee have been passed down from generation to generation.

Espresso Bianco No. 2 was created for the HoReCa sector, particularly cafes and restaurants looking for a distinctive Italian coffee for everyday service. It’s perfect as an espresso, but it also pairs very well with milk in a cappuccino or latte.

This is an option for those who prefer a bolder, southern Italian-style coffee.

It also works great in automatic espresso machines with a built-in grinder.
